We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse ( RN or LPN) to join our team. Responsible for day-to-day nursing activities while providing regional support for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care, compliance with regulations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in developing and implementing nursing care plans tailored to residents’ needs. Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistent care standards and compliance. Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, training Oversee the maintenance of adequate medical supplies and ensure equipment is used effectively. Monitor adherence to infection control and safety protocols across all facilities. Assist with incident reporting, data analysis, and corrective action planning. Qualifications: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred) or graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program. Active RN or LPN license in MI. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings, preferably in skilled nursing or assisted living. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, rehabilitative techniques, and long-term care regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records.
