Position Description
As a Jewelry Specialist, you will meet and exceed sales targets. You will lead the customer experience in our luxury jewelry store by understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and delivering excellent service. This role is crucial for our brand's success, as it contributes to team motivation, maintains customer relationships, and ensures smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence
- Drive sales by offering excellent customer service and knowledge of our products.
- Set an example for the team with strong sales techniques and meet your sales targets.
- Stay updated on new collections and special pieces.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized service, especially for VIP customers.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives great service to encourage loyalty.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints to keep satisfaction high.
- Offer personalized services like private viewings and custom consultations to engage customers.
- Maintain high service standards and respond quickly to customer questions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Train and motivate the sales team to help them reach their targets.
- Foster a positive team environment that supports teamwork.
- Work with management on staff scheduling for busy times.
- Coach staff on achieving financial targets and service goals while participating in setting team goals.
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to improve and grow.
Operations & Inventory
- Ensure smooth store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
- Assist with quality checks and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and organize product displays for sales.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to maintain store appearance according to brand standards.
- Keep the retail store looking exceptional at all times.
Qualifications
- Must-have: 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets
- Must-have: Work references confirm your reliability and punctuality (we will check references)

- Good understanding of luxury retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and the Shopify platform
