• Deliver exceptional service with warmth and attentiveness to create an unforgettable guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive hotel revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and create innovative strategies to expand market share.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders to generate business and promote hotel services.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer preferences, using insights to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and report on group sales performance, including revenue, booking conversions, and key metrics.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and event specifics in the hotel’s CRM or sales system.
• Provide regular sales updates to the Sales Director or General Manager.
Networking & Industry Representation:
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel and create new group sales opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, building relationships with key decision-makers in the luxury event market.
Brand Ambassadorship:
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all sales activities uphold the hotel’s commitment to luxury and excellence.
• Personalize proposals and presentations to align with the hotel’s high standards of service and quality.
Qualifications:
- Associate/bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales
- Proven sales experience, particularly in managing corporate accounts and group bookings
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
