Description:
Provides project and performance improvement management support to multidisciplinary and interdepartmental teams and focuses on high-priority quality and safety initiatives. Facilitates policy and forms development. Serves as the content expert on improvement methodologies and imparts knowledge of improvement process to team leaders and teams. Develops reports and presentations to monitor and document progress, and communicates results accurately and clearly. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $52642.19 - $68434.85 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:
- Bachelors degree is required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Two years of related experience (Masters Degree degree may be substituted for 2 years).
- Certification related to Quality must be obtained within two years of hire.
- Skilled in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
- Organized, analytical and critical thinking skills with creative ability.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of lean principles desired.
