Essential Qualifications
- BA or BS in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred)
- 3 years of successful teaching experience
- Strong understanding of child development and best practices
- Expertise in a variety of teaching models
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
