This position provides a high volume of excellent, efficient and professional assistance and customer service to the public in person, in writing and via the phone in a fast-paced office. Duties include, assisting customers with motor vehicle titles, registrations and driver's license renewals; problem-solving; handling/balancing a daily cash drawer; payment collection; and accurate maintenance of MV records. Responsibilities must be completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This position performs a variety of accounting and clerical tasks. Works under general supervision with supervisor available for assistance
