Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, executive administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, and clerical skills. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating and organizing various tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and other support activities.

- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other electronic systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in higher education and familiarity with a college campus environment is a plus
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
