This position will entail acting as a liaison with the Internal Services Department (ISD), ensuring that all departmental capital assets are properly tagged, accounted for, and recorded. The incumbent will supervise the execution of the mandatory yearly inventory, train technical staff members on how to track assets, update and edit the database, create and submit reports such as authorizations to dispose of county assets through auctions, transfers to the county store, revenue recovery of scrap metal discards, relocation of assets, as well as filing police reports for lost equipment. Other responsibilities include preparing requisitions to purchase equipment and machinery for the logistics division, tracking its delivery and/or installation and coordinating any needed services.
