What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Regulatory Compliance Coordinator position at Miami-Dade County?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. A minimum of two years of experience in financial or security field to include coordination of financial compliance, quality assurance, or assessing compliance with standards and developing compliance plans is required. Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) Certification is preferred.

This is an administrative and professional work related to the coordination and reporting on county wide financial regulatory compliance related to the Payment Card Industry (PCI), Red Flag, and other programs. Responsibilities includes but not limited to the coordination of financial reporting requirements for processing of county-wide payments to include credit cards, ACH, Checks, and other related programs. Responsible for coordinating and assisting with facilities inspections, reviewing records, preparing inspections reports and findings, providing statistical information concerning county-wide payments, and assisting with the documentation of process controls and procedures to ensure county wide regulatory compliance.
This position may lend itself to Miami-Dade's Telecommuting Policy, which includes flexible work schedules and working remotely in those areas where such a policy is viable and meets the goals and objectives of the operations..
