Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. One year of administrative or business management experience. Must possess a Driver's License. Additional administrative or business management experience may susbtitute for the required college education in a year for year basis. Must possess a Driver License.
Recruitment Notes
The position will be involved in short-term, project-based deployments related to our business system implementations/modernizations and long-term, daily operational support for any of the areas & related tasks in the Strategic Technology Office.
Will Manage Inventory: (Deploy/Replace/Re-stock). Record and/or relay key information such as equipment serial numbers and terminal ids for credit card terminals. Workstations & Monitors. Replacement RAM memory and hard disks. Point of Sale Equipment, POS Workstations, Cash Registers, Receipt printers. Credit card processing equipment – magnetic swipe readers, analogue dunk/swipe terminals, P2PE terminals, Comm/IP Boxes.
Assist with email setup and maintenance on PC’s, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Installation of desktop software in addition to performing user data transfer tasks across workstations
