Responsibilities:
- Email & SMS Creation: building, executing, and optimizing targeted email and SMS campaigns.
- HubSpot Management: Create, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and user journeys for email campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and refine audience segments based on fan behaviors, ticket purchases, event participation, and demographic data to tailor marketing strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the brand marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, partnerships, and content creation, to align marketing automation strategies with broader business goals.
- Optimization: Continuously test and refine workflows, email templates, and segmentation criteria to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, advertising or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
- Significant experience with HubSpot, including email and SMS automation, workflows, and CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while manage multiple projects simultaneously.
