Summary

The Print Production Staff Assistant will support the Signage Manager in overseeing the entire print production process for events at Hard Rock Stadium, including Miami Dolphins games, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, the Miami Open, and other Hard Rock Stadium events. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments, clients, and third-party vendors regarding signage. The Signage Staff Assistant will assist in planning, creating, executing, and installing signage requests to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality, aiming to achieve cost savings for the organization.

Location

This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print production projects for Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix
• Assist in measuring, surveying and photographing locations, providing accurate specifications and recommendations for effective print production plans
• Manage vendor installations through scheduling, walkthroughs, and placing indicators for installation locations.
• Maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors
• Request competitive bids from multiple vendors to find the most cost-effective options for print production jobs and recommend cost-effective alternatives & solutions that benefit the organization without compromising quality
• Manage specific print production budget lines and adhere to approved client budgets and deadlines
• Execute production design work, based on templates from the Signage Manager or Graphic Design team.
• Serve as the stadium signage liaison for all events hosted at Hard Rock Stadium, ensuring the integrity of existing signage
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in event project management and/or print production
• 1 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in print assets)
• Knowledge of print substrates and methods.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize needs while aligning internally to maximize profitability and production efficiencies
• Ability to prioritize, mediate, and adapt to rapid change while maintaining calm under pressure
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company
