Summary :
The Web Content Specialist will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the digital presence across the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and Hard Rock Stadium properties. Partnering closely with the Digital Marketing team, this position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing web and mobile app content to deliver an engaging user experience while supporting enterprise-wide marketing and business goals.

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution of web and app updates aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform daily site maintenance and content updates across multiple business verticals, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage app content updates, including app screen creation and push notification scheduling, using no-code CMS tools.
- Implement and monitor content and SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and user engagement.
- Build and maintain optimized landing pages, incorporating performance-driven design principles to enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with ADA / WCAG standards across all digital properties, maintaining accessibility for all users.
- Identify opportunities for content improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring cohesive messaging and a seamless user experience.
- Analyze website and app performance metrics to inform ongoing content optimization efforts and report key insights to relevant teams.
