Summary:
The Coordinator, Business Solutions will be responsible for supporting the Business Solutions team within our Corporate Partnerships department. The Business Solutions Team is the strategy arm of Corporate Partnerships that is ultimately tasked with helping generate revenue and drive value for the team’s corporate partners by working directly with the Partnership Activation and Sales teams.

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Trafficking
- Assist in trafficking for all HRS/Dolphins owned and operated events and channels (will work with Partnership Marketing team to collect assets and internal departments to schedule accordingly):
- Digital assets such as social, banner ads, pre-roll, web traffic, app, etc.
- Traditional media assets such as TV Spots, features, Radio Live Reads, Radio Spots, etc.
- In-stadium assets such as Ribbonboard, R2, R1, LCB, replay wipes, etc.
- Assist in trafficking for all HRS/Dolphins owned and operated events and channels (will work with Partnership Marketing team to collect assets and internal departments to schedule accordingly):
- Media Partner Management
- Assist in the management of all Dolphins media partners (TV & Radio) for: reporting, ratings, trafficking, and asset execution
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners by leading bi-weekly calls with partners
- Work closely with Dolphins marketing team to help come up with TV and Radio promotions
- Pitch Support
- Develop brand briefs and bios for upcoming meetings
- Update mocks, decks, and pieces of creative using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
- Assist in the creation of case studies of successful partnerships that can be used for prospective sales pitches
- Research local companies for the sales team to prospect
- Reporting & Insights
- Assist data aggregation for performance metrics for monthly partner scorecards in-season and for end-of-season recaps
- Work alongside stakeholders to collect meaningful insights and create compelling stories for new and current partner programs
- Collect information from third-party vendors from sponsorship analytics and create an analysis of platform capabilities and develop suggestions/insights to stakeholders
- Department Support
- Assist in managing department CRM system (KORE) with data aggregation and clean-ups
- Assist with helping maintain and enforce department processes
- Work closely with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team and other internal departments to achieve department goals and objectives
- Support the franchise mission statement, vision, and values
- Other duties as assigned by Corporate Partnerships Team (e.g. Partnership Marketing support, sales support, etc.)
Qualifications:
- College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sport Management) or equivalent work experience
- Marketing and promotions planning experience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients through tight deadlines/high-pressure situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as KORE, is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Must possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Must be creative and solution-oriented
