Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Summary:
The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance websites and native apps that enhance user experiences and drive online sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, sales, and compliance, to implement system changes, monitor site performance, and execute enhancements that increase purchase conversion rates.
Location:
This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain
- Build, optimize, and maintain responsive websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix brands using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Performance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor site performance, identify issues, and lead the execution of enhancements to improve UX/UI.
- Collaboration
- Partner with the Director of Digital Solutions and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that support brand initiatives and drive incremental online sales.
- Optimization and Testing
- Optimize websites (desktop and mobile) for conversion rate improvements through A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Track key metrics including conversion rates, add-to-cart percentages, purchase rates, and on-time project delivery.
- Innovation and Leadership
- Lead the development team in adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the digital experience.
- System Integration
- Implement new system changes, such as integrating potential new payment solutions, Email Service Provider tools, and REST APIs to enhance functionality and user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on eCommerce and digital product optimization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Experience with .NET, Django, Node.js, or PHP for server-side development and API integration.
- Understanding of database architecture/design with proficiency in connecting and manipulating data using MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Strong experience working with REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity across platforms.
- Design Patterns and Concepts:
- Proficient in MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View-Template) design patterns.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and maintainability.
- Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure, including cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Proven experience in optimizing web performance, SEO, and mobile-first design.
- Proficiency in web metrics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, or similar) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker who is proactive in identifying opportunities for system improvements and digital innovation.
- Experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms to drive purchase conversion and user engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
- Experience working closely with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life.
