Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution of web and app updates aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform daily site maintenance and content updates across multiple business verticals, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage app content updates, including app screen creation and push notification scheduling, using no-code CMS tools.
- Implement and monitor content and SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and user engagement.
- Build and maintain optimized landing pages, incorporating performance-driven design principles to enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG standards across all digital properties, maintaining accessibility for all users.
- Identify opportunities for content improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring cohesive messaging and a seamless user experience.
- Analyze website and app performance metrics to inform ongoing content optimization efforts and report key insights to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of digital and ecomm marketing experience, with time spent managing teams of at least 8
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in content management or a related digital field is preferred.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Magento, or similar) is required.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices in web content optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across diverse business verticals.
- Experience with sports or events-based content is a strong plus.
- Copywriting experience is a plus, with a focus on creating compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on-site five days a week, including weekends during game days and events.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
