Job Title: Logistics and Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team at Miami Technology Solutions (MTS). As part of the Miami Nation Enterprises (NME) portfolio of businesses, MTS provides customized technology services, logistics/warehouse management, nationwide-program management operations, and inventory management talent across the federal government.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple locations, including embassies, consulates, and domestic offices, to process shipments through approved flows.
- Deliver materials to various locations, including embassies, consulates, and domestic offices, requiring driving responsibilities.
- Expedite the flow of material and parts by performing duties as needed.
- Ensure supplies and inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and maintained at optimal levels.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistency with forecasted demand and inventory goals for common stock items.
- Participate in the disposition of non-conforming material.
- Arrange for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
Requirements:

- Clean driving record
- Experience developing and implementing logistics plans in a warehouse environment
