Interested in working in Corporate Partnership Service for a championship sports organization? The Miami Heat is seeking to hire an Intern, Corporate Partnerships! The Corporate Partnerships Intern will be responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and activation of assigned partnership accounts and relationships. This position will provide outstanding client service, help clients generate powerful marketing activations, and assist the Corporate Partnership Marketing Team in crafting collaborative activation and retention programs with our partners. The internship will be a hands-on experience, providing interns the chance to gain relevant expertise in the field of corporate sales and sponsorship activation.

- Responsible for assisting the Partnership Marketing team in the activation and execution of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery on all sponsorship assets while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist with corporate gifting and inventory management.
- Help the team coordinate arena signage and installation with vendors.
- Aid in administrative duties such as answering phones, attending weekly planning meetings, and maintaining certain schedules.
- Assist with onboarding a new sponsor (i.e.: gifts, welcome packages, and touchpoints).
- Support the overall sales process of the HEAT Corporate Sales team. This includes assisting the Sales team on renewal and new business opportunities, creation of recap PowerPoint and sales pitch decks.
- Help compile and gain insight from market research and online media. Disperse information to sales team and/or partners.
- Provide excellent customer service, responsiveness, and integrity to client requests.
- Assist the team to accurately track, record and analyze monthly sales for each corporate order.
- Aid prospect and current partner research development.
- Facilitate ongoing client engagement and opportunities.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.

- Must be enrolled in college or university (preferably in Marketing/Sport Management).
- Client or Corporate Service experience.
- Positive relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proactive, results oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.

- Must be proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
