We are hiring an Arena Talent Experience Intern with excellent organization skills and attention to detail to join our team! The main function of this position is to assist with the execution of all daily functions relating to the engagement of front-line, event team members – Prime Timers. Helping to cultivate a culture of excellence and outstanding experiences throughout the life cycle of these team members, and working behind the scenes as well as during events, to help bring experiences and events to life. The intern will also provide support to the Culture and Inclusion team. They must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Education And/or Experience
Must be enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Sports Management or Business Management or a related field, very organized and detail oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once.

- Lead the coordination of the logistics for all Arena Talent Experience and Culture & Inclusion professional development sessions, New Hire Orientations, and events, including securing appropriate space, communicating with event coordinators, acquiring necessary materials, assisting with room set-up and breakdown, and planning F&B when required.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of the employee Reward and Recognition programs, including, but not limited to, Elevate You, Elevate All-Star, and the PPA.
- Assist the team with fiscal responsibility by maintaining the tracking mechanism for all budgetary expenditures.
- Educate and model Elevate behaviors exhibited by leaders and Prime Time team members.
- Participate in game/event day Pre-shift briefings actively reinforcing Elevate messaging and recognizing team members who consistently demonstrate Elevate behaviors.
- Research employee engagement solutions that will aid in the innovation of the overall ATE and C&I strategic plan.
- Assist in the creation, development and/or modification of digital invitations; classroom presentations; and/or media throughout the building.
- Collect, compile, and document pertinent data for month-end reports.
- Schedule, coordinate, participate, and record minutes for meetings.
