As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding—supporting leaders and staff through all stages of the employee lifecycle. You'll collaborate across departments, drive compliance, support employee relations, and ensure our practices align with both business goals and HR standards.
This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to navigate nuanced situations with professionalism and discretion.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees in a fast-moving operational environment
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Provide guidance on performance and behavior concerns, helping leaders manage through challenges with clarity and care
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards
- Support investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace issue management
- Partner with leadership on org planning, communication, and team development efforts
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on company-wide initiatives and reporting
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Confidence handling sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in operations-heavy, fast-paced environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certification a bonus
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. Flexibility is required, as the role includes participation in the HR Manager-on-Duty (MOD) rotation, which will involve occasional nights and weekends during home games and special events.
