FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST
As a Front Desk/Receptionist at Padel X, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism. The job attributes and duties include but are not limited to:
Customer Service Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to warmly greet, assist, and engage with club members and guests.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance by wearing our branded Lacoste outfit and upholding the premium image of Padel X.
Multitasking Abilities: Handle various tasks simultaneously, including answering phones, managing reservations, selling foods and beverages, running pro shop and inventory, assisting with inquiries, and performing light cleaning duties.
Organizational Skills: Keep the front desk area organized and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Knowledge of Club Services: Understand and provide information about the club's amenities, services, and upcoming events.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems, point-of-sale software, and other technology required for front desk operations.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve member and guest concerns or issues effectively.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the daily operation of the club.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for members and guests.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in handling transactions, memberships, and reservations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and high standards at the club.
Upselling and Membership Promotion: Encourage members to explore additional club services and promote membership upgrades.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding member information and club operations.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
