Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a high-impact social media strategy that reflects our brand’s sophistication and exclusivity. This role combines creativity, analytics, and luxury market insight to grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, and support our marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the luxury real estate market.
- Content Creation:
- Curate and/or produce visually stunning and engaging content, including photos, videos, virtual tours, and reels.
- Platform Management:
- Manage daily operations of all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc...), ensuring a consistent voice and aesthetic.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor messages, comments, and interactions; engage thoughtfully with followers, influencers, and potential clients.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with realtors, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to source and schedule content.
- Cross Branding and collaborating with other luxury services (Luxury Autos, Boats, Watches, Plane charters, etc...)
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Brand Stewardship:
- Maintain the brand's tone, quality, and visual consistency in all content and messaging.
- Must filter out only meaningful sales inquiries and deflect messages from third party vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media for luxury brands or real estate businesses.
- Deep understanding of platforms, trends, algorithms, and social media best practices.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Familiarity with Florida’s luxury real estate market is a strong plus.
- Must be able to grow meaningfully and organically the Social Media Accounts with white hat practices
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Real estate marketing experience wanted but not mandatory (luxury or high-end niche).
- SEO and paid social advertising knowledge.
