Medical Spa Administrator – Full-Time
Location: South Miami, FL
Pay: $15–$18 per hour (with growth and bonus opportunities)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Miami Skin Club is a high-end medical spa dedicated to delivering cutting-edge aesthetic treatments in a welcoming and luxurious environment. We are growing rapidly and seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Spa Administratorto join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, delivers concierge-level service, and is excited about growth opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting patients and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments, assist with new patient intake, and manage patient follow-ups
- Explain pre- and post-care instructions for treatments
- Handle membership sign-ups and coordinate skincare product sales
- Maintain accurate records in our electronic health system (Zenoti experience is a plus!)
- Assist with back-office operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and helping with social media content
- Process payments, including co-pays and self-pay transactions
- Attend weekly meetings with the team to discuss business growth and patient experience improvements
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
✔ Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics environment – Preferred
✔ Experience with Zenoti or similar electronic health records – Major Plus
✔ Strong customer service background, especially in a luxury or high-end setting
✔ Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with the ability to handle VIP clients
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
