What are the responsibilities and job description for the SYSTEM MGR-SLEEP SRVCS position at Miami Valley Hospital?
The System Manager – Sleep Services will be responsible for operations of all Premier Sleep Clinics and Diagnostic testing centers to ensure comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with sleep disorders. The Manager oversees operations related to in center and at home sleep testing, comprehensive patient care, and direct patient education. The position requires a thorough knowledge of fiscal management, human resource management, program development, current trends, and regulatory requirements as it relates to sleep medicine. The Manager must be able to work with the team to enhance patient flow and offer top decile patient experience. Exceptional interpersonal communication is required as the Manager must be able to build relationships with multiple physician practices, as well as promote the services across all markets in Premier’s service area.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Or Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree Program

§ Preferred educational qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Registered polysomnographic technologist (RPSGT)
