- Sales Development:
- Proactively identify and engage with property owners to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct on-site inspections and consultations to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs.
- Present and sell customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing clear explanations of products, services, and warranties.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate additional leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to position Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration as the best choice.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the company CRM.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing, siding, or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutter systems is a plus.

Salary : $65,000 - $350,000
