Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration has an opening for a Project Manager / Sales Representative in the Waynesville / Dayton / Surrounding Areas. We are looking for a team player who is energetic, driven, and has a positive attitude. Is that you?

As a Project Manager / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working directly with property owners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties. You will write up scopes of repair, estimate jobs, sell jobs, collect payments, and manage each project to the property owner’s satisfaction. A list of responsibilities and duties along with the knowledge and skill requirements are as follows:

• Integrity - Maintain sound moral principles while being sincere and trustworthy

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Run company leads and self-generated leads

· Network and Cold call to sell and contract jobs

· Assist property owners in filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events

· Work with insurance adjusters

· Generate estimates and scopes of repair

· Set goals with management to drive year-end sales targets (KPI)

· Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

Pay: $79,572.00 - $200,000.00 per year
