Duties

- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend drink options.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for tab calculations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders during busy periods, especially during events such as banquets or catering services.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
Skills
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate tab management and inventory control.
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus, enhancing service during special events.
- Background in fine dining or the food industry preferred, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
