Security Bouncer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing venue policies, managing crowd control, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. This position requires strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Duties

• Monitor the entrance and exit of guests to ensure compliance with venue policies.
• Conduct thorough checks of identification to verify age and prevent underage entry.
• Manage crowd control during peak hours to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of patrons.
• Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or security personnel as needed during emergencies.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is a plus.
• Military experience may be beneficial for understanding conflict management strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
• A valid security license or certification may be required depending on local regulations.
