Our law firm is looking for a dedicated, part-time contractor to fill our Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients contact our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand at the reception desk. The position will be 20 hours per week M-F from 8:30 am-5 pm. The position currently pays $14.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. The receptionist/administrative assistant will have the responsibility to answer the phone, schedule appointments, greet clients and perform office duties. Speak Spanish and English. The position requires you to make copies, write letters and draft documents. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but some college or current enrollment considered, with preference with legal related education. Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manners. Positive attitude and enhanced work ethic. The office is high volume and clients are high profile. Resumes can be emailed to our office.
