As a Maintenance Technician at MIASA Automotive, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operation. Your role will play a crucial part in our production process, helping us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

We are looking for someone who has previous maintenance experience required with CNC and Lathe. Change/Fix, Telescope cover, wiper, Ball screw, ATC Automatic Tool Change, Magazine, Pockets, Limit switch, X, Y, Z axis, motor and servo motor, encoder, linear guide, linear bearing, bearings, gear box, chain, hydraulic and pneumatic valve, hose, pump and connections. Electrical troubleshooting, contactors, relay, wires, AC motor, magnetic sensor, optic and fiber optic sensor, general sensors.
Experience with Doosan, Brother and Star Swiss lathes are differential.
Welding.

Maintain and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
Maintain and repair worn or failed mechanical, electrical and components. Analyze breakdowns, provide support, start-up and propose improvements. Maintain safety standards, preserving safe and efficient operation of facilities and physical plant. Assist in the installation of new or upgraded equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance procedures.
