Position Overview:
As an Outbound Home Improvement Specialist with Miba Energy, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to innovative solutions that enhance their homes. This role involves visiting neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our services, and scheduling appointments for our in-home consultants to present tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with homeowners in assigned areas to discuss their home improvement needs and introduce them to Miba Energy's industry-leading solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Share information about our offerings, including solar panels, insulation, HVAC systems, roofing, and windows.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our expert consultants to provide in-depth assessments and recommendations.
- Reporting: Accurately track and record interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities using company tools and software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless follow-ups and successful appointments.
