Solar Sales Representative (Appointments provided)

Our MCALLEN Ready Team is currently looking to expand and seeking individuals who want to learn new techniques and cutting edge technology.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Run pre-set appointments and close at a high % to model the way for the team
• Team player, able to work in a close-knit environment as well as independently
• Comfortable speaking/meeting with potential/new customers
• Focused & goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Detail orientated and organized to keep records on potential/new customers
• Strong verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
• Committed to putting in the time & focus needed to learn the industry and complete the sales cycle as you progress.

COMPENSATION & PAY:

Commission structure, so there should be no issues making a minimum of $60,000, individuals are not limited and can make six figures their first year.
