- 4-day Monday-Thursday schedule Responsibilities include :
- Set up and Operate E-Beam welder using basic fixturing
- Disassemble shielding and clean chambers on E-Beam welders
- Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping and material handling tasks
- Monitor the operation of vacuum equipment on the E-Beam welders
- Properly perform routine filament change
- Perform welding duties utilizing GTAW or GMAW processes
- Display proficiency in joining high nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys.
- Read and understand blueprints, welding symbols per AWS A2.1, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Knowledge of weld qualification requirements for ASME BPVC Section IX and AWS D1 is a plus.
- Knowledge of ASME BPVC Section 2 is a plus.
- CWI Licenses is a plus
- Display proficiency utilizing measuring instruments such as tape measure, square, caliper, and protractor.
- Knowledge and prior experience operating CNC machining a plus
- Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing a plus. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years or more experience with operating an E-Beam Welding machine.
