Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Execute Territory Sales Plan, inclusive of monthly/quarterly/annual objectives/KPI’s to meet or exceed annual territory sales/gross profit targets.
- Coordinate with grain and accounting teams to ensure precise communication and position coverage. Examples include all sales contracts, current positions, volumes, and scheduled deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects and current customers.
- Develop metrics and provide updates of the annual Territory Sales Plan to the manager every month
- Ensure all necessary information and feedback is provided to the team to ensure appropriate results and developments are made.
- Provide necessary product and technical support to prospects, current customers, and manufacturing teams.
- Introducing new products, programs, and services to current and potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, required.
- Grain Commodity Training, required.
- Basis Trading Training, required.
- Mark to Market Accounting Training
- Proficient knowledge of AGRIS, preferred.
- CRM and inventory management software programs, preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
