Position Overview: Under general supervision, you will be responsible for selling frames and licensed products at assigned retail stores. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenues by offering product expertise and providing high-quality customer service in a proactive, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell frames and licensed products in assigned retail store locations.
- Increase sales revenues by delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store management and associates to ensure problem resolution and compliance support.
- Partner with store management, Merchandiser, and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet established expectations and necessary regional or market-specific adaptations.
- Perform markdowns and RTV (Return to Vendor) tasks when required.
- Report directly to the Account Executive, regularly communicating actions, issues, and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of Customer Service or Account Services experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office or retail environment.
- Knowledge of the eyewear industry or experience in the fashion accessory field is required.
- Ability to work effectively with the general public in a retail setting.
- Capability to elevate the perception of our brands and our company.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- MUST be Bilingual
- Retail experience preferred.
