Job Description
Micas is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow business at top AI/cloud accounts targeting data center switch opportunities. This role will require creating, building and delivering results with the target accounts. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements with these customers.
- Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts
- Build engagements with customers and generate new opportunities
- Understand market requirements and insights for new business opportunities
- Track and maintain opportunity tracker, technical challenges and design-win milestones
- Work with Micas pre-sales and engineering team to build customized product offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years experience working with cloud service provider, hyperscalers and datacenter customers.
- Experience working with networking switch-based products. Server and storage infrastructure experiences a bonus.
- Account contacts and networked with target accounts
- Ability and mindset to work in a start-up environment
