What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Developer position at Micasa Global?
Role :: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location:Remote or hybrid two days at our Leesburg, VA office, Will consider remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the NowCreate methodology to guide the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow CAM/IRM solution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into a functional ServiceNow solutions within the CAM framework.
- Participate in change authorization boards (CAB) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the change affecting the security posture of the system.
- Implement CAM/IRM to production through the governance process by deploying Update Sets.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments on changes to the system architecture.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of IT experience supporting various federal or state or local governments or commercial clients, with the majority of that experience focused on Cyber Security.
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years’ experience in implementing new modules.
- Must have ServiceNow integration experience with tools such as CrowdStrike, or Splunk, or RSA Archer or Tenable.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Must be a Citizen or a Green Card Holder
- Must be willing to work at our office in Leesburg, VA at least twice a week.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification is a must
- ServiceNow Implementation Certification is a must
- ServiceNow GRC implementation certificate is desired but not needed.
