Responsibilities :
Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that IT projects and programs are executed seamlessly and align with the company’s strategic vision.
Support the development and implementation of IT portfolio management processes to ensure projects align with the company goals.
Assist with tracking and reporting on the performance of IT projects and programs.
Help evaluate and prioritize project proposals to make sure they fit within the company’s objectives and resource availability.
Monitor project timelines and scope to ensure successful delivery.
Help identify and assess risks withing the IT portfolio and assist in creating mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IT initiatives.
Support the tracking and allocation of resources across projects to ensure efficiency.
Assist with creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes through feedback and process reviews.
Required Skills :
0-2 years of experience in Project or Program Management or related role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or similar.
Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and software development processes.
Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Ability to simplify complex processes or concepts to an audience unfamiliar with the topic at hand.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A desire to lean and grow in IT portfolio management.
Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
