Global Internal Communications Manager

Global Internal Communications Manager for a growing national corporation in the Uptown Dallas area. The talented Global Internal Communications Manager will have specific expertise in internal communications in a B2B environment and know the mechanisms and platforms to achieve goals. Ideal candidate will be collaborative, committed and believe in teamwork.

This is a DIRECT HIRE and a HYBRID position (3 days in the office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and activate internal communications strategies and initiatives that will deliver alignment and engagement across the workforce.
• Develop all internal communications channels (Intranet, internal newsletters, etc.)
• Determine how to integrate existing enterprise tools to benefit internal communications priorities
• Involve key stakeholders in the development and implementation of an integrated and efficient internal communications calendar.
• Write and produce certain internal communications content, including for the intranet, email announcements, newsletters, videos, and others, occasionally in collaboration with external agencies or cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the sharing of best practices within the internal communications team and Global Communications team as a whole through regular touchpoints

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience including experience as a Global Communications Manager or equivalent in a B2B environment
• Exceptional writing skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of storytelling and editing
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using mass internal communication email tools
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to change and be flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Self-starter attitude with a builder-oriented mindset
