Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida PIP laws and regulations
- Experience with non-standard PIP matters is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to handle litigation from inception to resolution
- Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a caseload and working with insurance claims teams
