About the Role
The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with the administration of Florida estates and trusts from start to finish, handling matters such as preparing probate pleadings, managing deadlines, drafting correspondence, and filing required documents with the court.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents
Coordinate asset inventories, accountings, and distributions
Manage deadlines and maintain client communication
Draft correspondence for attorneys and clients related to probate matters
Liaise with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries to ensure timely case progression
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of probate administration experience

Paralegal Certificate required
