Our client, a global FinTech company is seeking a Junior Sales Analyst for their team. This is a full time, onsite role (based out of their Uptown Dallas office), M-F (8am-5pm schedule). Relocation assistance or sponsorship is not available for this role. Hiring preference will be given to local candidates. Salary for this role is 60k, with benefits, paid time off, and a 401k contribution.
The Sales Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting strategic and tactical initiatives, including but not limited to; account and opportunity maintenance, managing key sales tools & services, programs and sales training.
Key responsibilities include sales reporting and analysis, sales administration, sales training, maintenance of standard operating procedures. The sales analyst will execute and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively across the organization, assists in developing and standardizing polices and processes to improve Sales Operations functions and other sales enablement responsibilities as needed
- Strong Power BI skills, required
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot, required .
- Create and Maintain CRM reports and dashboards for Leadership
- Provides analysis of trends, gaps, and expirations to sales / leaders and related reporting
- Create, analyze and recommend actions based on trends within key performance indicators
- Maintaining Key Performance Indicators as assigned
- Ensures continuity and successful delivery against these metrics
- Provide recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes
- Provides Sales Operations representation in business analysis activities initiated by other departments to collaborate with business users and consult with other departments to ensure business impacts are appropriately addressed
- Conduct regular feedback among both users and executives on the process in addition to providing applicable training to internal customers, as needed
