As Plumbing Service Manager, You'll
- Lead daily operations of our plumbing team: Training, Coaching, and Guiding team members while growing your team.
- Understand your P&L and how to run the business efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- NC Plumbing License (Preferred).
- 4 Years Residential Plumbing Experience.
- Management experience.
- A strong understanding of servant leadership to your team and our customers.
- An attitude and mindset that adds to our rich culture of perfect customer service without taking ourselves too seriously.
