Job Description
Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Our award winning Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great opportunity. This person would ideally have 1 to 2 years in the P&C insurance industry. Someone who is familiar and confident with homeowners insurance. Farmers Insurance experience is preferred. We offer a base salary with commission and bonuses, along with long term career advancement available. As an Insurance CSSR you will work closely with our current book of business, assist with renewals, rewrite non-renewed policies, take inbound calls to help service our current clients, as well as make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. Responsibilities
- Review homeowners policies and discuss increases.
- Issue new policies with Farmers and other carriers if Farmers declines.
- Assist call ins with adding cars and policy questions.
- Assist walk ins with questions as needed.
- Review Insurance products we offer with new and current clients.
- Review policy changes with clients to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their insurance policies..
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Work closely with co-workers to achieve agency goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Work On-site in our office.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous Insurance experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (Farmers insurance experience preferred.)
