Leasing Agent
We are looking for an experienced, professional, enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, and detail orientated Leasing Agent to join our team at Blackberry Pointe Apartments in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This will be a pro-rated, full-time position at 32-36 hours per week, includes weekends.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Number 1 priority: LEASING APARTMENTS AND FOLLOW-UP
- Customer service with prospective and current residents
- Maintain market survey & awareness of market trends and conditions
- Accurate completion of all lease applications, including performing credit and background verification
- General administrative duties: filing, copying, faxing, as needed
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Must be available to work every weekend with no exceptions
- A minimum of 1-2 years leasing experience
- Exceptional closing skills, evidenced by previous leasing or sales performance.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
Leasing Agent Hours:
Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 8-5, Saturday: 9-5 & Sunday 12-4
Hourly wage: $18.00 to $20.00/hr. plus commissions
