Job Summary :
As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and health of our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
Valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ICF or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team.
