RESPONSIBILITIES :
Schedule virtual Good Neighbor Connect or in-office appointmentsInitiate, grow, and maintain relationships with customers, identify needs, and market appropriate products and services.Work with the Agent on identifying marketing trends and opportunities to increase exposure.Be punctual and focus on achieving daily, weekly, monthly goals, and discussing newly realized goals with the Agent.Maintain a consistent, strong work ethic with a total commitment to realizing success when working with Agency team and customersDifferentiate the Fernland State Farm Agency by exceeding customer service expectations.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Show up every day in a way that adds value to this team.QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent REQUIRED; bachelor's degree is preferred.1-year Sales Experience preferredPossess a competitive spirit that inspires you to GROW as a professional.Willingness to commit to continuous professional development.Willingness to be coached - PAID TRAINING is included.Ability to learn and execute established and ever-evolving Sales- and Office-processes.Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to provide an exceptional customer service experience.An ability to communicate effectively and with empathy.Ability to pass a background screening and legally able to work within the United States.Active insurance licenses NOT necessary to inquire - Licensing expectations discussed in step 2 and 3 of the interview process.State Farm Agents are independent contractors that market State Farm Insurance & Financial services products.
