In that time, I have had multiple long term (over 10 year) team members, and helped three people achieve their dreams of opening their own agency. The person selected will be responsible to learn all aspects of the business and is responsible for both servicing our customers and adding new policies. Any sales experience is a plus but not required. You will be immediately asked to take a profile assessment for this position after we receive your application.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
BENEFITS :
Salary : $45,000 - $85,000
