Responsibilities:
- Transport motorcycles to and from the dealership and other local destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain the dealership's lot organization by moving bikes as directed by management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles on the lot.
- Assist in the detailing of vehicles as needed.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle movements.
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding vehicle transportation and safety.
- Communicate effectively with other dealership personnel to coordinate vehicle movements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Class M endorsement necessary.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and detailing.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
