Client Consultation : Engage with customers to understand their unique insurance needs, offering personalized advice to best suit their requirements.
Policy Management : Assist in the development and management of comprehensive insurance plans tailored to the client's specific necessities.
Sales Process : Navigate and own the sales process from initial contact to securing policy agreements, continually striving to exceed client expectations.
Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with all insurance products offered by the company, enhancing your capability to recommend optimal solutions.
Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active California Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health insurance license.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales is advantageous, but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
